The Ceremony
Our ceremony commences at 3pm in the Walled Garden at Tankardstown House. Guests may begin to arrive from 2:15pm.
(Please note, check in is not possible until after the ceremony)
The Drinks Reception+Dinner
Following our ceremony, guests will make their way to the outdoor terrace at the front of the house for our drinks reception. We are so looking forward to catching up with you all.
Dinner will be held in the orangery at 6pm.
The Party
Post undoubtedly memorable speeches from those who know us best, the party will kick off from 9pm - and if you know the bride at all, it is not likely to finish early... (She won't allow it)
Day 2 Celebrations
The celebrations don't stop on Saturday!
The debrief, the bbq, the music, the pints & rosé... We can't wait!!!

Like most travel in Ireland, public transport is of limited benefit and by car is the only real option.
Tankardstown House is about an hour from Dublin, and is just a little bit further from West Cork....

What time should we arrive?
You may begin to arrive from 2:15 for the ceremony to commence at 3pm.
Please note you cannot check in prior to the ceremony- please go to next Q for more info on checkin.
When do we check in?
Check in will be available following our ceremony. Guests will be lead to our drinks reception from the ceremony, and check in will take place during this time. The accommodation team will be on hand to ensure a quick and smooth check in.
We suggest grabbing a drink first and checking in then- bonus points if the men do the checking in while the women enjoy some bubbles!! 🥂
What is the dress code?
Our wedding day is black tie. Men should wear tux's and women long dresses/gowns.
There is no specific dress code for day two, but still dress to impress 💃
What if I am vegan,veggie or have an intolerance?
All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please let us know when RSVPing, and the team will be aware of your seat to ensure you receive the correct meal.
Where will day 2 be held and what time does it kick off?
Day 2 will be held at Tankardstown so you don't have to travel far.
The bar will be open from 12:30 for those craving the cure.
Official day 2 will kick off from 2/3pm with a BBQ and music in the later afternoon.
How do we get back to our rooms if not staying on site?
Tankardstown will provide transport from the venue back to the village to their sister locations until 4am.

Where can I rent my dress or Tux?
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We all know Ali loves pictures, so yes absolutely.
We would just ask that those sitting on the edge of the aisle be mindful of our photographer and videographer and try to refrain from having your phone leaning out onto the aisle.
